Tim Dwyer, Guitar and Vocals
Tim is a Colorado native that is about as cliche as rock and roll can get.
He started very young (15) playing at the local Denver roller rinks. Local
High School bands included a long affiliation in "California" and 2 years
in "Chill Factor". He also has played solo acoustic. For 15 years he has
maintained his affiliation with Boulder based "Too Much Fun", which has been
featured on the main stage at the Cherry Creek Sneak (4 years), several Ronald
McDonald House events and still does a handful of gigs around town every year.
From 2001 to 2004 Tim was the front man for "Big Woody & The Bushmen" that was
a regular at The Littlebear, (and other local hot spots) and also has a Song
"My Baby Don't Love Me No More" featured on 99.5 The Mountain Home grown.
Recording, playing and performing remains a passion for Tim for over 30 years
and he really digs the fat sound of the horn section in Mindwalk.

Mike Halliburton, Trumpet
Trumpeter extraordinare. Played trumpet through high school. Seriously considered
music school but thought better. Mike took 20 years off while helping Bill Gates
start up Microsoft. Started up again with church orchestras and small bands and
community concert bands. He has been a member of the ACC Jazz band from its origin.
He also enjoys playing a wide variety of music and styles. Power trumpet comes easily
to Mike and he can play notes so high that only your dog can hear 'em.
Over the last three days, he has toured extensively with Chick Corea, Tower of Power,
Harry Connick Jr. and Lincoln Center Jazz Band w/Winton Marsalis....not really...

is proud to be a part of the talented Mindwalk family.

Dave Hoffman, Drums and Vocals
Dave started playing drums in 4th grade, and kept on playing through
his high school and college years. During that time, he was a member of
various groups, ranging from symphony orchestras to jazz combos to
country western bands. He even spent a month on tour through Europe
with a concert band. After college, Dave didn't play for 14 years before
being convinced to give it a try again. Since then, Dave has been in
several groups in the local area, and was a member along with Tim Dwyer
in "Big Woody and the Bushmen." Dave is happy to be back working with Tim
and the rest of the Mindwalk gang.

DeWayne Thomas, Trombone
DeWayne started playing the trombone in fourth grade and played thru high school.
He then took a short 25 year break from playing before picking the horn up again.
As a young trombonist, DeWayne was naturally drawn to the music of the great
James Pankow and the band "Chicago". Through the years, he has attended more than
15 Chicago concerts. The love of Chicago's music stayed strong through the years
and finally drove him to gather a group of individuals that would play the music
of the band from the Windy City as well as other horn tunes. Today, that group
of musicians goes by the name, "Mindwalk".
In addition to Mindwalk, DeWayne is currently playing in the Downey Street Community
Jazz Band and has played in community college jazz bands at Arapahoe Community College
and Community College of Aurora. He also played with the South Suburban Community
Orchestra and the Arapahoe Community College Orchestra. As far as other musical
interests, if asked nicely or bribed sufficiently, he can do almost passable work
on the trumpet, guitar and bass(if the audience has sufficient ear protection).
